This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Never attempt to use them again!

    Nothing! Booked online with booking com and then they demanded payment to own bank account - when we got to the address we could not find it. On the phone they were really helpful and polite but demanded payment prior to letting us in. Explained we could not find the address and there were no signs for Casa and could not help. We walked the full length of the road including under the busy by pass - extremely helpful reasonable agent in London took over after 7 pm but also was not able to help. Explained I was uncomfortable with the set up and he was very helpful

    Never got inside as could not find the property despite being at correct address and postcode and they demanded direct payment to their bank

    Never again

    It wasn’t far from the town.

    This slept 5 people there was 2 double beds and sofa. I had it down as I was coming with 2 people but a 3rd tagged along in the end. Me my partner in one bed and her friend in the other. They took 25 pound out of our deposit a day for the girl, 3 days there, 125 pound I got back from a 200 pound deposit, and this was the excuse. Don’t be fooled on deposits folks
