    Host per niente disponibile e irraggiungibile..nessun aiuto da parte sua

    La casa era pulita e abbastanza comoda. La cucina dotata di molte cose anche se non di tutto il necessario per cucinare (pochi coltelli, niente tagliere ecc). L'abitazione non ha spazi esterni ma ha una bella terrazza spaziosa. La vista da sul bosco.

    Non abbiamo avuto informazioni per il check in..solo ricevuto il link per il check in online..eravamo in difficoltà per problemi di rete telefonica, abbiamo provato per un'ora ininterrottamente a contattare il numero dell'host della struttura per avere indicazioni sull'accesso. Siamo riusciti a capire come fare ad entrare in casa solo chiamando il call center di booking. Nei giorni successivi ho richiamato l'host, mi ha risposto solo due giorni dopo, senza neanche scusarsi dicendo che la procedura di accoglienza è stata corretta. Vi dico solo che per entrare in casa ci abbiamo messo 1h,10... Altro che stress!! In sintesi host inesistente, non ha data nessunissima informazione ne pratica né turistica, non si è mai interessata/o all'andamento del nostro soggiorno, non ha chiesto di eventuali problemi alla casa e non è intervenuta/o sul problema segnalato (scarsa pressione dell'acqua)...Esperienza da dimenticare.
