    Muito bom! bem friozinho mesmo, tem asfalto até lá, não é centro de guara mas também não achei tão longe, recomendo.

    Casa tem tudo, é grande, realmente é no friozinho da serra, tem um mercadinho em baixo que você pode comprar o que faltar sem ter que sair de casa. Recomendo a hospedagem.

    Só algumas coisas já antigas ( utensílios de cozinha e armários).

    Casa ampla, pra quem quer curtir o frio é uma boa pedida.

    Distância pode não ser viável pra quem quiser ir e voltar algumas vezes ao centro da cidade
