    La ubicación por su tranquilidad y fácil aparcamiento . Es una planta baja.

    Algunos detalles poco cuidados, como la cinta de la vitro, el soporte del microondas, pero sobre todo la ducha, lo de la puerta de la mampara 1 cm corta para que cierre, es de traca. Se sale el agua si o si, ademas de incomoda para el acceso.
