    Location is great, apartment is very well equiped, lovely to have fresh coffee and snacks, beverages from the host. 2nd floor. Arrival by taxi is still the cheapest way to get from airport.

    Perfect location, Modern comfort

    The apartment blends perfectly top of the line equipment and great artistic decor with the rustic feel of the building. It also has sleek and very comfortable furniture and facilities. It is located very close to the main shopping street and within walking distance to both the centre and the train station. Communication with the host was easy and he was very friendly and responsible. He also organised a bunch of surprises for our anniversary for which we're very grateful. Thank you, Emanuele!

    Spacious 2-story apartment in Bologna

    The place was very spacious. The host was very nice and had water, juice & coffee available for us.

    We were unable to sit on the balcony because the person below was smoking outside often in the courtyard.

    Comfy, cute and in the Heart of town

    They thought of everything! The only place I have stayed that provided olive oil, coffee, tea, salt, pepper plus goodies! It was in the HEART of the old town right around the corner from the canal etc. Super market is two minute walk from the flat and you are within walking distance to everything. It’s about a 15 minute (conservatively) walk to the train station. The host is lovely and very communicative. TV has Netflix included :-) Very clean. I would stay again!
