    The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

    The apartment was.not in Vernazza it is in San Bernadino which is a taxi ride up, if you don't have a car. The bus only runs 3 times a day and it is 25 euros for a taxi each time.

    This is not in Vernazza; poor lo location if you’re interested in having easy access to Vernazza.

    1)This property is not in Vernazza. It is in San Bernardino. It is €25 taxi to get to and/or from this place into the town of Vernazza. Very misleading as you are totally isolated from town w/o needing a car or paying for taxi. (Unless you want to walk 60 minutes of uphill switchbacks on narrow road) 2) I tried to update my reservation, indicating we had two extra people. The person I dealt with, was very condescending and insisted that I needed to contact booking.com. I went ahead and contacted booking.com even though clearly on the website it said that the owner could make that decision to add extra people. So much for trying to be honest versus just sneaking the people in. 3) there was absolutely no information about places to eat, recommended things to do…the kind of the personal touch that you would expect from a host. All that was provided was photocopy pictures of the area.
