    Très bien situé proche du funiculaire et en plein centre.

    Pas d’accueil. La personne ne parlait qu’italien pas d’instruction reçue ni de réponse sur mes demandes avant notre arrivée.

    The house is in the very Central position. You can get anywherence from easyly. You have an entire apartment and it's huge and spacious.

    865/1500 Traduzione One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The key to the flat was hidden under a stone, but it was picked up by other people who then took over the flat. They left the luggage of the people who’d taken over the flat outside the door, and we went in, knowing full well that other people were still in possession of a key to our flat. We missed a lunch booking and had to wander around with our laptops, not knowing when the keys would be retrieved from the strangers who had taken over the flat – a situation that had not been confirmed to us. Later on we asked for the Wi-Fi password, and only then were we told that there was probably ‘a problem in the area’. Despite all the problems and the discomfort we never received any Message from the staff and no Written excuses. In our personal opinion, the host is unable to provide assistance and are unaware of what the standards should be on the island of Capri.
