La posizione in pieno centro storico permette di raggiungere i principali punti di interesse comodamente a piedi. L'host risponde tempestivamente in caso di problemi. Aria condizionata in sala e in camera da letto *anche se di fatto in camera da letto non l'abbiamo usata perchè i filtri erano maleodoranti. La macchinetta dell'espresso con cialdine in omaggio. La disponibilità di prodotti per pulire. Appartamento ampio.
La pulizia dell'appartamento è da migliorare. Mobilio vecchio. La doccia in bagno è da ristrutturare. Formiche in bagno. La lavatrice non è utilizzabile perchè l'oblò è rotto: l'host ha tentato di ripararla con del mastice ma durante il lavaggio perdeva molta acqua quindi non è stato possibile usarla. All'interno dell'appartamento non c'è un tavolo con sedie per poter mangiare comodamente. Il terrazzino appare in semiabbandono e la vista è terribile dà su un muro di fronte fatiscente. I letti alla francese sono posizionati in modo che un lato risulta attaccata al muro e ciò li rende piuttosto scomodi.

O alojamento é impecável! A localização, a limpeza, a disponibilidade de itens de casa, roupa de cama, toalhas, vizinhança calma, sem barulhos, porém ao lado do centro perto de tudo, cafés, restaurantes, bares! Sr Tiago muito educado e prestativo, nos atrasamos muito devido a um imprevisto e o sr foi muito prestativo em nos auxiliar!

Que no estaba acondicionado para cuatro personas, como pone en la publicidad, yo necesitaba cuatro camas, no dos camas grandes y un sofá.
