    Wunderschöne große Villa mit Garten und Nähe zum Strand und Zentrum.

    Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Zimmer großzügig und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das war im August lebensrettend! Schöne Terrazzoböden mit Einlegearbeiten. Riesiger Garten der rundum eingezeunt ist, perfekt für unseren Hund, den wir bedenkenlos laufen lassen konnten. 3 Eingänge, 1x Straße, 1x Parkplatz, 1x Weg zum Strand. Schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Straße ust zwar nahe aber die Fenster sind top, daher war bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum etwas von draußenbzu hören. Die Betten/Matrazzen waren sehr gut.

    Hier zu jammern wäre vermessen, alles war Spitze. Wenn man wie wir ein etwas größeres/längeres Auto (Peugeot5008/2025) hat ist der Parkplatz eine Herrausforderung. Ich hab bei jedem ein- und ausparken Blut geschwitzt und wundere mich das ich die Woche ohne Schrammen durchgekommen bin. Baulich wohl nicht anders lösbar.

    la casa è in una posizione strategica: vicino a tutti i negozi, accanto all'ascensore pubblico che porta al mare e circondata da un fantastico giardino. Praticamente ha i lati positivi di mare, campagna e città.
