  Blatte e sporcizia

  A primo entri in una nicchia accogliente e particolare...... Ma era tutto un bluff......

  Impossibile arrivare davanti alla struttura in macchina in quanto inerpicata tra strette stradine in salita e discesa, unico parcheggio più vicino disponibile uno slargo quasi sempre pieno Sporca e polverosa: divano in tessuto chiaro sporco e macchiato (sembrava pipì) coperto da un telo sempre macchiato, testata del letto stesso tessuto sempre sporco e macchiato; niente lavatrice, niente televisione, niente tovaglie né strofinacci; ragnatele in ogni angolo. L' apoteosi è stata la sera del secondo giorno: abbiamo dimenticato lo scarico del lavello aperto, all' arrivo gli scarichi erano tutti chiusi il che mi ha insospettito, e troviamo tre blatte che vagavano liberamente su piano cucina e pavimento..... L' una e mezza di notte e invece di andare a riposare abbiamo fatto la caccia alle blatte.... Un incubo....l' indomani abbiamo contattato l' azienda inutilmente dopo il terzo giorno abbiamo lasciato casa perché invivibile e ancora l' azienda non si fa sentire per risolvere pacificamente e dare il dovuto rimborso..... Siete dei grandi.... Vorrà dire che procederemo in altro modo

  Disappointing stay and poor value for money

  It looks cute.

  Honestly, I don’t know where to start. The biggest issue was the owner, who was very rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it felt as though his main concern was the money rather than the comfort of his guests. The house itself is of very basic construction and is located on a hill, which makes it somewhat difficult to access. There is no parking directly around the property, although there is free parking approximately seven minutes away on foot. One particularly frustrating issue was the water and electricity system, which operates with a pump. Unlike other houses in the area, the pump is located inside the house and starts making a loud, continuous noise every morning at around 8:00 a.m. for approximately 20 minutes. I mentioned this to the owner, but he did not seem concerned or interested in addressing the issue. The stairs inside the house are extremely narrow, making it very difficult to carry luggage upstairs. The property is also completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was another concern. There was consistently dust on the floor, seemingly due to the stone flooring, and the couch cover was also dirty and dusty. I even found cockroaches inside the wardrobe, which was particularly unpleasant. The bathroom is very small, with an old mirror, and the shower water was consistently cold. The kitchen does have some basic cooking equipment, but the tap water is not drinkable. Overall, I believe the house could have been much better if more care and effort had been put into maintaining it and improving the guest experience. Unfortunately, the basic construction, cleanliness issues, and especially the owner’s attitude made the stay quite disappointing. Considering the price, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodation in the area, as I do not feel this property offers good value for money.
