The building and the apartment were spotless and well maintained. Carmine my contact was easy to reach and responsive to my questions.
There is no comfortable space or furnishings for sitting around. There is outdoor space but it but it is not particularly pleasant since it borders the messy neighbours space. There is a couch in living room but it is not pleasant to sit on.
