Ogromne, ale gorące latem mieszkanie, w dobrej lokalizacji.
Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko do przystanku autobusowego. Spokojna okolica - dwa kroki do piekarni i lokalnej knajpki, gdzie można zjeść i wypić kawę. 5 minut piechota do marketu. Ogromne mieszkanie i przestrzeń. Gdyby dać rozkładaną sofę - to spokojnie można by tam oferować miejsce dla 7-9 osób. Są dwie łazienki. Czysto. Kuchnia w miarę wyposażona. Gdybyśmy przyjeżdżali do Wenecji ponownie wiosna lub jesienią - bez wahania wybralibyśmy ten nocleg ponownie. Latem nie - wolę mniejsza przestrzeń czy drożej, ale chłodniej.
Mała klimatyzacja na ten ogromny metraż (pewnie na 35-50m a mieszkanie ma około 150). Jest w stanie schłodzić 2 sypialnie - niestety cała reszta, tj trzecia sypialnia, dwa duże korytarze, a na końcu nich, za zakrętami: salon i kuchnia są bardzo gorące. W sierpniu, gdy na polu było pewnie około 35 stopni, w domu pewnie było przynajmniej 30 stopni (w salonie i kuchni) - i to przy zamkniętych okiennicach, pozamykanych oknach przed gorącem.... Gdyby w salonie dać druga klimatyzację - miejsce byłoby perfekcyjne! Przy jednej klimatyzacji, nawet ustawianie trzech dużych wiatraków niewiele pomogło. Męczyliśmy się tam.

I highly recommend this flat. It’s very spacious and large. There’s plenty of room. It’s in a very convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. The hosts are very polite. We had a wonderful time. If I ever visit Venice again, I’d be delighted to stay in this flat once more.

Escale pratique et reposante pour une famille !
Appartement simple mais très spacieux, avec 3 chambres et 2 bonnes salles de bains, dans un quartier calme, à 20m d'un parking gratuit et d'un bus direct pour Venise en 30-35'. Reposant après la foule et idéal pour une famille, bon rapport qualité-prix, on recommande !
Il faut aller chercher et remettre la clé à 500m. La clim est bruyante et assez mal placée. Dans la cuisine la hotte est vieille et il y a peu de couverts.

Logement spacieux bonne literie et bus accès Venise très pratique. Calme
Nous avons eu chaud en cette année caniculaire les ventilateurs et la climatisation ( dans le halll uniquement) n'ont pas suffi.
