  PERFEKTER GESCHAEFTSAUSFLUG

  Wir waren für einige Tage geschäftlich in Rom und diese Wohnung CASA GIULIANA hat wie die Faust aufs Auge gepasst. Wir waren zu dritt als Kollegen unterwegs. Die 3 Schlafzimmer boten uns absolute Privatsphäre, sowohl zum Schlafen als auch zum Arbeiten am Laptop: Sie sind geräumig, eine Oase der Ruhe, lichtdurchflutet, verfügen über eine eigene Klimaanlage und sind bestens ausgestattet – inklusive Schreibtisch mit einem komfortablen Arbeitsplatz. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas und einem großen Tisch ist wie geschaffen für unserem Besprechungen. Das WLAN ist schnell und absolut stabil, ideal für Videocalls und zum Surfen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und in einer friedlichen Umgebung in einem eleganten Gebäude aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert mit Aufzug und Portier – ein echter Volltreffer zum Arbeiten und für geschäftliche Meetings mit Kunden und Partnern. Das Viertel ist gehoben, voller Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür und sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto kinderleicht zu erreichen. Da dieses Viertel zwar mitten im Zentrum liegt, aber außerhalb der Umweltzone ist, liegt es ideal. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine praktische bewachte Garage – gleich um die Ecke. Der Empfang und die Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber bewegen sich auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Beim nächsten Geschäftsausflug im Winter sind wir definitiv wieder mit von der Partie !

  THE ULTIMATE ROME GETAWAY FOR A SQUAD OF FRIENDS

  We were three couples of friends traveling together and we completely struck gold with this place! 🎉 The apartment has two spacious bathrooms with awesome showers and three huge bedrooms, so we all had plenty of breathing room and total privacy. One of the bedrooms even has an en-suite bathroom. The living room is dedicated to chilling out—no sleeper sofas here, just two couches and a big table, that are perfect for kicking back and eating together. The kitchen is fully loaded, so we easily whipped up our usual breaky-of-champions every morning. The entire place is spotless, peaceful, and comfortable across the board. The attention to detail is second to none. We didn't buy a thing because the host had us completely covered with all the personal hygiene, laundry, and everyday house-cleaning supplies. That saved us both time and money. The host’s hospitality was next level and went above and beyond. She speaks fluent English, made us feel right at home instantly, and read our minds, anticipating our needs before we even asked. As soon as she found out our flight was landing in Rome early in the morning, she went the extra mile and blocked off the night before so we could check in the second we arrived, instead of making us wait for the standard 3:00 PM check-in. Thanks to that, we got to recharge our batteries right away and hit the ground running to explore Rome that same day. It saved us so much time for a reasonnable extra fee ! On top of that, the host hooked us up with airport pickup and drop-off, providing a top-notch car and chauffeur. To top it all off, our host Ornella is a Trip Designer, so she put together private, exclusive tours just for our crew. We got to explore Rome, and she even organized a day trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast that blew our minds and will stay with us forever. Thank you again for looking out for us and giving us the royal treatment during our stay in Rome! We couldn't have asked for more.

  A MEMORABLE HOLIDAY FOR ADULTS AND KIDS

  Our holiday at CASA GIULIANA was memorable. The house is impeccably clean, large, comfortable, quiet, bright with three exposures, and well-equipped in the peaceful and secure neighborhood "Prati / Delle Vittorie", close to all local amenities. In a few minutes walking we could reach supermarkets, the traditional open food market Trionfale, amazing restaurants, ice cream and pizza makers, pastry shops, cafè, wine bars, the famous shopping streets via Cola di Rienzo, via Ottaviano, via Candia ... ​The apartment is located in a stately and well-maintained Italian Renaissance Revival style building, with an elevator, doorman service, and a small shared courtyard on the ground floor. ​We were only a 10-minute walk from the Vatican Museums, Saint Peter’s Basilica, and the "Ottaviano" metro stop, which connected us in just a few minutes to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. The welcome was extraordinary. We found a bottle of prosecco, mineral water, milk, as well as coffee, tea, chamomile, and soluble hot chocolate. We didn't have to buy anything because even the supplies were enough for our entire stay, from personal toiletries to daily cleaning and laundry products. The host had thought of every single detail. ​We truly appreciated all the baby and toddler gear available at the house for sleeping, feeding, bath time, relaxation, and fun. This saved us a ton of luggage weight and ensured maximum comfort and safety for both the kids and us adults. ​The host, Mrs. Ornella, exceeded all expectations. She is very welcoming, empathetic and responsive. She's an experienced mother, so she knows what a family with kids needs to be comfortable and safe. She speaks great English and provided us with free guides she wrote herself to help guests enjoy Rome like a local rather than a tourist.

  Nos sentimos em casa.

  Apartamento excelente, estávamos num grupo de 7 pessoas, ficamos confortavelmente instalados, as crianças amaram o quarto enorme, a nossa anfitriã foi maravilhosa, pensou em todos os detalhes, nos sentimos em casa, na nossa chegada ela estava nos aguardando para nos recepcionar e explicar tudo sobre o apartamento. Apartamento grande, arejado e iluminado, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, já que fomos em setembro e estava muito calor. O apartamento é bem localizado, tem mercado perto e da pra ir no Vaticano a pé, mas tem ônibus que passa pertinho e metro também.

  Não me entendi muito bem com o chuveiro, não consegui deixar ele na temperatura que eu queria, mas acabei que nem perguntei para Ornella sobre isso, pq não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia.

  Außergewöhnliche Wohnung fuer eine große Gruppe

  Mein Freundeskreis und ich sind am Ende unserer Italienreise – noch vor unserem Rückflug – in dieses Apartment zurückgekehrt, weil es außergewöhnlich für eine große Gruppe, komfortabel sowie elegant und zentral gelegen ist. Wir haben oft Ferienunterkünfte erlebt, die viele Personen auf engstem Raum unterbringen. Dieses Haus setzt jedoch klar auf Aufenthaltsqualität statt Quantität und bietet daher sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, gemütlich und perfekt, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Hier gibt es kein Schlafsofa, sondern zwei bequeme Sofas, die rein zum Entspannen dienen, einen großen Tisch und bequeme Stühle, einen Fernseher, ein Bücherregal mit Rom-Reiseführern und Wohnzimmermöbeln. Hier finden sich viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die zeigen, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail der Gastgeber arbeitet und die für uns sehr nützlich waren – wie Stromadapter, Nähzeug, Batterien ... Auch die Gesellschaftsspiele haben wir sehr geschätzt! Die Kochnische hat ein eigenes Fenster und ist bestens ausgestattet, um bequem zu kochen. Wir haben hier ausgiebige Frühstücks und Abendessen zuzubereitet. Dabei haben wir sowohl die elektrische Kaffeemaschine als auch die traditionellen Espresso-Moka, den Toaster, die Zitruspresse, den Wasserkocher, die Küchenmaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen und die Mikrowelle sehr geschätzt ... Der Kühlschrank ist groß und hat ein praktisches Gefrierfach. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren für uns phantastisch: sehr geräumig und hell, mit großen Sprossenfenstern, Rollläden und eleganten doppelten Leinenvorhängen, einem Boden aus farbigem Granit-Mosaik, sowie mit einem großen, bequemen Doppelbett, das mit vielen Kissen und eleganter Bettwäsche bezogen war. Zudem gibt es genügend Platz und Stauraum um Kleidung, Koffer, Schuhe und persönliche Gegenstände ordentlich zu verstauen. In jedem Schlafzimmer befinden sich außerdem ein Schreibtisch und ein grosser Sess, der sich als Einzelbett für einen weiteren Gast ausziehen lässt.

  Nichts
