  Great apartment with great view

  The code for the keybox didn't work. Er had to contact the company and got a new code. Difficult to get to the apartment and dangerous road to walk by.

  The only positive thing about this place is the view. The surroundings are beautiful and the location itself is nice. – Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the apartment at all. This is a very basic necessity and it should always be provided for guests. The safe in the room was broken and could not be used. Near one of the power outlets there were exposed electrical wires sticking out, which is careless and also a potential safety hazard. The bed linen looked dirty, and when we asked if it could be changed, the host refused. Even when we offered to pay for clean bed linen, the request was still denied. The towels were also in very poor condition – they smelled strongly of dampness and were unpleasant to use, yet they were never replaced, not even as a paid service. Another serious problem was the shower. The drain was clogged, it smelled bad, and water was draining very slowly, which caused water to accumulate and run across the bathroom floor. What made everything worse was the attitude of the host. Communication was cold, rude and unhelpful. When we mentioned these issues, we were told that this is “not a 5-star hotel.” That response says a lot about the level of service and respect toward guests. Basic cleanliness, functioning facilities and polite communication should not depend on whether the place is a luxury hotel or not. Unfortunately, our experience showed a clear lack of care for guests. Because of all this we would definitely not return. The beautiful view alone cannot compensate for the poor condition of the apartment and the unfriendly attitude. Another important note: four days later, after returning home, I posted this review and within an hour I received a message from this hotel claiming that I supposedly never stayed there and asking Booking to remove my review! That should tell you everything about this pathetic establishment, its owner, and her attitude toward custom
