Amazing views, great hospitality, small town.
The views are incredible. It’s quiet. Plenty of outside space. Inside is comfortable with everything you need. Including an ample supply of wine and bubbly you can pay for what you use. Down to the lake (about a 10 minute walk) is the Stonehouse restaurant (reservations recommended), a mini market, and a cafe with food, drinks, and gelato. We didn’t get reservations but the Aurora restaurant just down the road was busy. There are also ferries right from Lezzeno (again parking could be an issue). It’s only about a 15 minute drive to Bellagio where there is more parking and ferries. The roads along the lake are curvy and narrow but that’s true in many parts of Italy.
We were fine with it but because it’s up from the lake, if you want to go into town, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the bottom and then back up hill. You can drive (we had a car) but the prospect of not finding a parking spot at your destination and the tight turns and narrow streets made us want to walk unless we were going farther.
