    We had a lovely stay, especially thanks to Pablo, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He provided us with detailed instructions and great recommendations for our two days in Florence. We truly appreciated his hospitality and highly recommend this place!

    O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo e fomos recebidos muito bem pela Lucrezia, que nos explicou tudo e sempre ficou disponível para nos ajudar. Outro ponto positivo é a máquina de lavar roupa e secar, que foi muito útil durante a nossa estadia.

    O principal ponto negativo é a existência de um único molho de chaves, que contém a chave do portão, da porta do apartamento e da energia. Umas das noites desistimos de sair à noite porque a minha sogra estava muito cansada e precisava ficar no apartamento. Como corria o risco de chegarmos e ela nao escutar o telefone, poderíamos ficar de fora noite a dentro, de modo que optamos por não sair.
