- good communication with the Host - apartment facilities to a good standard - balcony views with spectacular sunrises - nice communal pool - sauna - complex security
- check-in process was awkward having to collect keys from 14 Av. Espana. We arrived 2hrs early so had to use the paid storage facilities near the check-in store (2min walk). Following check-in we then had to walk to the nearest taxi rank 10mins away opposite Ale-Hop. In mid afternoon heat with 2 kids, 4 suit cases and poor directions provided, this was not a great start to the holiday. - be aware significant construction works are taking place nearby with the building of multiple new apartments on Calle Polonia and Calle Republica Checa. The building site stores are located directly opposite the apartment balcony. Noise starts from around 6:30am including Saturday mornings. - within the gym area only the free weights, bench and sauna were available to use. The multiple exercise machines, whirlpool bath and shower were out of action. - wasn’t a problem for us, but there is a very steep hill on a section down to the marina. For some this might be a struggle. - ants internally on kitchen counters and externally in the balcony area - to some extent expected in such a location but not ideal.

Gorgeous apartment with fantastic views from the terrace
The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was excellent and check in and check out were very easy. The location is a good 20 minute walk up/down a steep hill to the town, but we knew this before we booked and it wasn’t a problem at all for our party. A taxi was only €7 to get back of an evening. Overall a fantastic apartment and a great stay.

Nothing wrong with flat but didnt like the location
Beautiful modern flat with a large balcony and a nice pool area
It was too far from the beaches and the town. Not suitable for older people or young children if you didnt have a car as the roads were too hilly The time it took to walk was not as described Also from the balcony you could hear noise from the building work opposite all day
