    Excellent service by everyone. The guard was very helpful, from Cagayan Valley

    Spacious Clean Staff allowed us to change room when we complain on the room assigned. A better, more luxurious room was provided.

    Need to have signage clearly displayed

    こんなものかな。

    フロントおよびルームクリーニングスタッフは親切でとても良かった。

    1.まだ工事中で8時になると騒音が酷かった。 2.朝食のレストランで賑やかな音楽がうるさくて不快だった、スタッフの好みでしかない。 3.レストランスタッフは挨拶も無く、席に来もしない。 お客が来ない方がいいみたいな感じでプロフェッショナルというよりアルバイトの見習いかも知れない。 4.サービス業の基本である「正確」「迅速」「親切・丁寧」等教育がなされていない為、とても残念な施設。
