Gar nichts.
Wiir hatten eine Buchung für 2 Nächte. Alles war bestätigt und dann lies uns die Unterkunft eine Nachricht zukommen auf Whatsapp, dass sie keine freien Zimmer haben und ich stornieren sollte am selben Abend, als wir einchecken wollten. Wenn ich selbst storniere, müsste ich sogar noch den ganzen Aufenthalt bezahlen, obwohl sie mir absagten, trotz bestätiger Booking Reservation. Dies ist eine klare Verletzung der Booking Richtlinien!
