    Exceptional hospitality, beautiful design, and outstanding service — highly recommended without reservation.

    An exceptional experience from beginning to end. The property is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, but what truly sets Casa de Hoyos apart is the hospitality and service. A special recognition to Omar Medina for his outstanding attention throughout our stay, and to Mario for his excellent recommendations and for arranging our dinner reservations. Omar and the entire concierge team went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.

    Nothing to mention. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

    Excellent location. Incredible interior designe. The concierge personnel were really kind and made us feel at home. They gave us good recommendations and helped us with restaurants reservations. The hotel is perfect for couples looking to relax.

    Super ubicación, lo mejor la atención del personal. Muy limpio y cómodo.

    Muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas buen aire acondicionado. Volvería a quedarme ahí.

    Le falta un mejor restaurant, la comida es buena pero la carta es pequeña. El bar y la vista muy bonitos! Vale la pena subir y disfrutar la tarde.
