La casa tenía una terraza amueblada y dos balcones. Cocina bien equipada.
El confort de los colchones. Se debe advertir que una de las habitaciones las camas no son aptas para personas adultas por su tamaño. La puerta del garaje se abría con mucha dificultad.

La casa estaba muy limpia. El menaje de cocina muy bien equipado. Las sartenes, las ollas, muy bien .Los cuchillos cortaban excelentes. Buenos vasos y cubertería. Las terrazas de la casa geniales.
