Die Unterkunft hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Dass die Vorderseite des Hauses direkt an der nicht sehr stark befahrenen Ortsstraße lag, störte nicht, der Weg nach Varenna zu Fuß über den Greenway dei Patriarchi ist schön und alternativ kann man die 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte Bahnstation nutzen. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber und alles funktioniert. Die Lage direkt am Seeufer und die beiden Balkone zum See inkl. der Aussicht auf den See sind kaum zu schlagen. Und Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuverlässiger Vermieter.

Beautiful Varena
It was super clean and there was a small pebble beach accessible to relax on. Very quaint Italian 3 bedrooms house with one bathroom. Owners generous with amenities and the washing machine welcomed!! We walked twice a day into Varena for the ferry and ti dine! 40 mins round trip, got the steps in! Franko kindly dropped us if to Varena railway station
It is a good 20 mins walk into Varena and 30 mins to the ferry terminal for Bellagio, Menagio etc Also no local shops for basics so can have breakfast at the villa! No bakery or shop, so you’re stuck having to go into Varena. If you have a car you can drive but no where to park your car. If you have kids may not be suitable due to accessibility.

Utsikten var fantastisk! Nära till tågstationen Fiumelatte. Fullt utrustad lägenhet. Värden var vänlig och hjälpsam!

We always holiday in Italy and this house has been one of our best experiences! The house was amazing. Quite location, on the lake, beautiful scenery and a 15 minute walk into Varenna which suited us. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Local train stop in fiumalatte just a few steps up from the house. Thank you Franco for dropping us into the train station in varenna on our way home. Would highly recommend.
Everything was perfect.
