    Siamo stati soltanto una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Check-in e check-out flessibili, proprietario molto disponibile e alla mano. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo consiglierei a chiunque voglia visitare Perugia, eccetto persone con problemi di mobilità (l'appartamento non è adatto a chi non può fare qualche rampa di scale). Anche la posizione, sotto le scalette dell'Acquedotto e a due minuti dall'UniStranieri è perfetta.

    Central to everything and comfortable!

    The location is directly in the center of the old city. The proprietor Bruno is an exceptional host. He is extremely helpful and makes you feel at home. Also, the ability to park your car steps from the apartment is a real plus.

    Very clean property, great host- very friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, some toiletries provided.

    The property was described on Booking.com as having a washing machine but it doesn't.
