  Great location but in need of a serious update.

  The pool is lovely, there's a little hidden seat which is great on a hot day and the pool area gets sunshine all day. The villa is a good size with generously proportioned rooms. The sea views from the balcony are beautiful and it's a great spot for breakfast or to sit and chill in the evening. It's well located and a short walk into Luz or to nearby restaurants. There are fans in the bedrooms which are great on a hot night.

  This villa could be amazing, but it needs a lot of work. The wooden window frames are rotting, the loungers and patio furniture by the pool are very old and in poor condition, the toilet seat in the ensuite needs replacing. We eventually found the "laundry room" outside, but the room was grubby and the machine itself covered in rust. The book suggests a "€10 per person tip for the cleaner", and the villa really wasn't that clean. There were dusty cobwebs, dead insects, I shut the bedroom curtain to find a curled up dead spider stuck to it and the view from the upstairs windows would be stunning but it's completely obscured because they need cleaning.

  Vacaciones en Algarve

  La privacidad y la tranquilidad .piscina privada y los espacios estábamos 4 personas y no nos encontrábamos cargados.

  La zona comedor exterior en la planta superior no dispone de ningún tipo de sombra y no se puede estar del sol que hay. Ya que hay se encuentra la cocina y el salón.

  First time in Luz

  Excellent location within walking distance of the town and beach. The house was private and perfect for a family holiday.

  The house needs an overhaul. The external lighting was not functioning after dark. The pool lights were broken as were the outside lights. This is not ideal for enjoying the house in the evening or for keeping young ones safe around the pool at night.
