Casa Ketty played a primary role in our trip to Italy being the trip of a lifetime!
Casa Ketty’s location and atmosphere was perfect for our 10 day trip. Although it includes quite a few steps up and down to Bellagio, the house was a wonderful and a quiet retreat with awesome views. We are in our 60s and able-bodied and not fit per se and we were still able to manage the steps. We rented a car and in the evenings, if we weren’t already down in Bellagio, we would drive down and had no problem finding parking. That made for a nice drive back after having dinner and such on the water. Angela was a great host and helped us with a number of things while we were there. We even found out later that she had registered our rental car with ZTL! It was great having little supermarkets for staples and having a place with a refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer and such that you don’t get in the typical hotels in the area. It allowed us to have quieter mornings, eat our yummy leftovers, and refresh our clothes. There’s so much to do in Italy and on Lake Como, and Bellagio and Pescallo is an awesome place to have as home base!! We did the typical shopping and villa tours and boat ferries to surrounding towns and Villas, but also did a private lake tour - our boat captain brought us straight back to Pescallo and dropped us off just down the street from Casa Ketty! We took a ferry to Varenna and then a train to the gorge in Bellano, L’Orrido di Bellano. Another day we took the train from Verenna to Tirano and the Bernina Express to St. Moritz. We also drove down to Bologne and did the Lamborghini factory tour. Bellagio is a treasure and Casa Ketty was perfectly lovely!
Only thing that I would change is to add blackout curtains for the bedrooms.

Absolutely stunning view from the property and is nestled into a nice and quiet part of town but still easily accessible to the main area. Angela was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome and at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Daca e sa revenim in Bellagio, am alege tot Casa Ketty.
Locatia, privelistea spre lacul Como, vecinatatea, garajul (un mare avantaj), ambientul impecabil, atentia la detalii si, nu in ultimul rand, disponibilitatea gazdei de a veni in ajutor.
