Die vollausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt ungefähr in der Mitte zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtzentrum und dem Schloss Schönbrunn. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann beides in etwas mehr als 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Straßenbahn und Bus sind nur etwa 100 bis 200 Meter entfernt, sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten von Wien sind damit gut und schnell erreichbar. Wer mit der Bahn anreist, braucht mit der Straßenbahn nur etwa 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Wohnung. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer, gut sortierter Supermarkt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich auch mehrere recht gute Wirtshäuser und Restaurants die zum Teil wesentlich günstiger sind, als die im Zentrum. Die Kommunikation mit dem war sehr gut. Kurz, alles Bestens und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und wollen nocheinmal wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem originellen Altbau und ist sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist makellos sauber und die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Zwei geräumige stilvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche ist ein Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffee, Tee. Im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Separate Tiolette. Die Anbindung an das ÖPNV Netz ist gut. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt und ich kann sie empfehlen.
