    very disappointing, especially as the property looks lovely in the photos.

    The location is excellent location, right in the heart of everything. The apartment also has a charming, quaint look. Pepe, the owner, provided clear instructions for parking and accessing the apartment, making check-in easy.

    The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leaving us both with back pain. We were disappointed to find that the issue had apparently not been addressed, despite reviews mentioning it two years ago. Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided, with no spare, and basic kitchen supplies such as coffee, kitchen paper and a kitchen towel were missing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and we found balls of dust and hair in the bedroom.
