Do not return rental "Deposit" required outside of Booking.com. Booking.com is aware.

The Owners asked for a Deposit in advance through a bank wire transfer - not through Booking.com or credit card. They have not returned my Deposit more than a month since we stayed. That is over $300 they have not given back.

    Great house for two families

The house is huge, has many nice rooms, and a few of the rooms are suites. It was not too far of a walk to the main part of town. There was a bag of ice in the freezer, which was really nice. There's space for one car in the garage and another on the street.

The only downside was that it is very hot in this house in the summer. Fans in the bedrooms would have been so nice.
