Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Terrasse hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank, sehr gut für kühle Getränke. Marco der Host antwortet innerhalb von Sekunden! Garage befindet sich direkt am Haus. Das Auto steht gekühlt und geschützt.

Bra prisvärt boende för oss som var 7 personer. Inte så välstädat som förväntat men ändå ok. Bra med direktkontakt med värden som hjälpte oss med en del saker.
Städningen kunde ha varit bättre både ute och inne.

Quiet and pleasent but mismanaged
The location is top notch. Dongo is a small and quiet town but is placed quite nicely around the lake. The apartment has windows looking right towards the morning sun. It was very pleasant waking up to the warm sun in the bedroom. We are are short driving distances to Cadenabbia for taking the ferry to the livelier spots around the lake.
We had to endure a night of no heating and no warm water because the property manager didn't check the heating system's functionality before our arrival. The solution was provided the next morning. The cleaning of the apartment left a lot to be desired. The children's bedroom had a door infested with some sort of bugs and a very weird powdered debris below it. It was impossible to miss and yet the property management had totally ignored it. There were spider webs and spider eggs nests behind every heating grate.

The location was central to the town. The apartment is spacious. We enjoyed Dongo and found some good restaurants with reasonable prices. Great gelato shop close by! The beach on the far side of town is very nice! We rented SUPs and paddle boats. The view from apartment is amazing!
The cleaning fee is very high. Then we were asked if we could take our trash to a place blocks away. Halfway through our stay we ran out of toilet paper. When asked for more they brought 2 rolls for 8 people for 3 more days. We ended up supplying our own.
