    Ogólnie miejscówka w porządku. Trzy osobne pokoje, część dzienna oddzielona od dwóch sypialni zasuwanymi drzwiami. Na zewnątrz ława do "posiadówek" z niezłymi widokami (choć bez przesady), do pełni szczęścia brak grilla i miejsca do grillowania (niby dostępne na sąsiedniej posesji, ale to raczej własność prywatna).

    Lokal wyglądał lepiej na zdjęciach niż na żywo. Trochę pajęczyn w oknach. Kawiarka do kawy bardzo mała (zaledwie jedna kawa), co przy 4 osobach jest uciążliwe przy śniadaniu. Wyposażenie kuchni raczej w stylu "niezbędne minimum" niż komfortowe. Wygnieciona kanapa z plamami tapicerki.
