    Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung

    Es ist ein allein stehendes Haus mit 2 Wohnungen (oben wohnen die Besitzer), einem Garten und einem privaten Parkplatz. Es ist schön ruhig und man hat sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung. Die Betten sind bequem.

    Die ganze Einrichtung ist schon sehr alt und es hat viele Stellen an denen es schimmelt, z.B. im Bad, in den Schlafzimmern. Die Dusche braucht sehr lange bis das Wasser warm wird. Vor allem das Bad sowie die ganze Wohnung sind renovierungsbedürftig.
