    Le confort et la clarté des infos. La sécurité dans la résidence, bien que un peu trop. Attendez-vous a devoir présenter un QR code et votre passeport à chaque fois. Il fait obligatoirement une voiture car le centre est à 5 km. L'appartement est très beau, pratique et confortable.

    Pas assez de bidon d'eau potable. Nous étions 6 et il n'y avait qu'un quart de bidon. Les hôtes m'ont donné les infos mais c'était à nos frais. D'autres locations au Yucatan proposent de l'eau potable en suffisance.

    Lugar cómodo y muy completo

    El conjunto es agradable y tranquilo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros antes y durante nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el apartamento es muy completo y ofrece todas las amenidades como un hotel, toallas de baño, toallas de playa/piscina. Shampoo, jabón liquido lo cual se agradece mucho. la cocina también contaba con todo lo necesario. El apartamento cuenta con excelente iluminación y es muy comodo.

    El internet no funcionaba bien. De hecho solo tuvimos 1 hora por día en la que funcionó. Afortunadamente no estuvimos mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no lo sentimos pero definitivamente sí nos hizo falta que hubiera internet todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el departamento.
