Très bel appartement, décoration soignée, terrasse agréable avec vue mer au dessus des résidences d’en face. Très bien équipée. Résidence très agréable avec grande piscine. Lit hyper confortable. Absolument parfait.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment is big and spacious with lots of hangers and drawers for clothes. The kitchen has filtered water a big fridge freezer, the quietest washing machine I've ever known a dishwasher and cooker. We didn't cook at all as we ate out all the time but everything was there if anyone wanted to cook, even kitchen scales and bathroom scales. Large balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the area, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise and 20min walk if you wanted to walk along the sea. Both routes are flat and well maintained and well lit up at night. Svetlana was a marvellous host, although we didn't meet her she always responded via WhatsApp straight away. There are plenty of really excellent restaurants and bars within 5mins walk and shops and supermarkets. Bus stop 5 mins walk away and taxi rank across the road. We ate breakfast every morning in Greens just a 5 mins walk and we loved El Navarro, Lord of the Drinks, Los Amigos and Villa Toledo for dinner, we never ate in the centre at all, there were so many restaurants on our doorstep. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay at this apartment 😁

Estancia perfecta
Apartamento precioso, nos encantó la decoración hecha con tanto gusto, terraza genial, super limpio, piscina preciosa...
Esto es algo muy personal, ya que estaba todo perfecto, limpísimo y las calidades eran muy buenas, la cama igualmente de muy buena calidad aunque me resultó algo incómoda, pero insisto que esto es una cuestión muy personal respecto a colchones, almohadas etc y la calidad era muy buena.
