  The apartment is an older property that has been modernised and overall the interior is fresh and pleasant. Friendly staff. Location very close to the city centre, restaurants etc.

  One of the two narrow balconies felt unsafe as it is supported by a large pillar from the ground, so we chose not to sit out there. The wall-mounted toilet was not properly secured to the wall and moved noticeably while pressing against the tiles underneath when in use. It did not feel safe to sit on, and we ended up finding something ourselves to support it. Hot water takes several minutes to arrive to the shower. There were visible mould spots in the shower, which gave the impression that some aspects of the renovation may have been rushed. The lift was convenient when arriving with heavy luggage, but there were no instructions explaining how to use it. It did not operate simply by pressing the buttons inside the lift. In the end, we managed to use it by having one of us walk up to the floor above and press the button there, after which the lift functioned. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, with no parking nearby. We had to park at the train station, approximately 800 m away, which was quite inconvenient with luggage. If lucky there are some side road parking spots along the street to the station. The bed is a fold-down wall bed with no instructions explaining how to operate it. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. No bedside tables. Powerpoint and bedside lamp only on one side of the bed. Finally, some basic amenities were missing, such as a kitchen towel, washing-up gloves, and small bottles of shower gel and shampoo.

  Amenities and facilities were very poor quality therefore the stay was not good value for money

  The property was clean and had a good location

  The air con didn’t work, it would only stay on for about 3 hours at a time before turning off for majority of the day, rendering the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a very hard mattress through which I could feel the springs. The wifi didn’t work and there was poor connection of 5G in the building. The shower had been taped up to hold the hose, which didn’t work, it would not stay in place which made it very hard to shower and wash my hair.

  Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from the town, supermarkets and lake front. About a 10 minute walk from the train station.

  The fold down bed wasn’t very comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work very well so it was very hot at night. The shower head is broken (and evidently has been for a long time looking at other reviews) so you have to hold it. The toilet was also broken and not fixed to the wall securely. There was limited pans for cooking. It also could have been cleaner, with lots of dust and hairs on skirtings etc.

  Emplacement idéal, pas loin de la gare et du centre ville mais au calme. Literie très confortable Charmant extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse
