    Häuschen in guter Lage, Zustand desolat.

    Die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand im Wohngebiet war toll, der Garten war nicht einsehbar, völlig abgegrenzt von Nachbarn. Die Größe des Häuschens war ansprechend, der große Garten schön. Die schlüsselfreien Eingangstüren waren komfortabel.

    Es war nicht sauber, nicht gelüftet, vielleicht lange nicht genutzt, daher roch alles muffig. Der Duschvorhang stank, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher ebenfalls, unter dem Waschbecken war Schmutz, ebenso in den anderen Zimmern. Unhygienisch waren ebenfalls Sofaüberwurf und Sessel. Der Wintergarten war unbrauchbar wegen eines Wasserschadens, Fenster waren alt und nicht funktionsfähig. Die Möbel waren zum Teil nicht ästhetisch, zusammengewürfelt und alt. Zum Grillplatz schreibe ich nichts, das haben andere schon erwähnt. Die Küche war gut aber schmutzig, unappetitlich.

    Würden wiederkommen, da guter Ausgangspunkt und viel Platz.

    Alles da, was man braucht. Lage ist fantastisch. Viel Platz. Frau Lauda war sehr nett. Es gab viele Tips für Unternehmungen.

    Etwas Pflege wäre schön. Alles müsste etwas ausgebessert werden. Sauberkeit war etwas zu bemängeln. Außenanlagen wurden nicht gepflegt. Eine Ruine hinter dem Haus ist unschön. Grill konnte man nicht benutzen, wurde über den Winter nicht gereinigt. Geschirrspüler war defekt.
