The apartment is newly built and was very clean. Great for famlies and group of friends.
The ventilation was poor in bedrooms, in high temperatures it is problematic. Apart from that everything was great.

Eine ganz tolle Lage! In einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns noch tolle Insider-Tips für Restaurants gegeben hat. Im Gegensatz zu Hinterhof und Treppenaufgang (diese aber mit Flair) sehr sauber. 👍 Einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Klimaanlage super! Die Terrasse ist allerdings nur ein sehr schmaler Balkon.. wo man nicht wirklich sitzen konnte. Ich vermute, dass in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung einfach ein paar Sachen übersehen wurden... Fazit: tolle Unterkunft, wenn man sowieso viel unterwegs sein möchte. 😀

The property wasn’t safe and the many air fresheners made it impossible for me to stay.
In my opinion, the property should not be on Booking.com. It is not safe to climb three levels of old stairs in semi dark light, and construction garbage in sight. There were three air fresheners that made the strong smell unbearable. I opened the windows, but that didn’t help. I started coughing and left after 5 minutes. A man came and was upset, unfriendly, and refused to understand why I have to leave and look for a place at 9.30pm.
