  Die Lage war sehr zentral, mitten am Hauptplatz. Dadurch auch nicht ruhig, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Kirchenläuten inklusive. Alles zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Tolle Altstadtgassen,.... Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

  Das Sofa, welches auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, was einfach nicht da! Es gab keine Gelegenheit sich im Appartement unten (das Bett stand oben im 1. Stock) bequem hinzusetzen um zu Lesen Oder Ähnliches! Es gab nur die Barhocker am Tresen, zum Frühstück ok, aber sonst eher unbequem. Statt dessen standen 3 Müllbehälter in dem Raum, zur Mülltrennung. An und für sich sehr lobenswert, aber mitten im Appartment?! Der Toilettendeckel war nicht richtig fixiert, also wackelig, der Knauf am Toilettentisch ist beim öffnen der Türe herausgefallen, das Wasser im Waschbecken ist sehr schlecht abgelaufen, an der Haustüre war das Schloss locker und man hatte öfter Probleme beim aufschließen, im Bad waren in der Dusche und am Waschbecken Schmutz/Schimmelstellen. Außerdem habe einiger Lichter nicht funktioniert, das Licht an der Treppe, an der Dunstabzugshaube und das linke Licht neben dem Bett. Nachdem wir die Dinge angesprochen haben hat die Agentur zwar angeboten die Putzfrau zu schicken, aber ich bezweifle dass das entfernt hätte werden können und wenn dann nur mit starken chemischen Mitteln. Dies haben wir abgelehnt und mitgeteilt dass wir nur auf die Mängel hinweisen wollen, damit die nächsten Mieter es besser haben. Daraufhin bekamen wir folgende unverschämte Mitteilung der Agentur: "Sie haben 60 € die Nacht bezahlt, erwarten sie dafür etwa ein 5 Sterne Unterkunft?" Und "Werden Sie durch die Dinge bei Ihrem Aufenthalt eingeschränkt?" Sicher nicht, aber eine Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ein Bad ohne Schimmel und funktionierende Lichter erwarten wir eigentlich schon !

  В центре города. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Нас заселили пораньше, что очень хорошо, потому что очень жарко в полдень. Персонал, который делал уборку, очень отзывчивая женщина, спасибо ей!

  Вверху, где лестница ведёт к кровати, обязательно ударяешься головой. Центр города - шумно. Это и плюс, и минус локации. Негде сушить купальник после моря

  La posizione era ottima, l’appartamento raccolto ed accogliente, con aria condizionata. Erano presenti anche stendino, ombrellone, scopa e straccio.

  Mancavano un paio di accortezze, per esempio uno specchio ed un armadio dove poter sistemare i vestiti. La pulizia non era proprio il top, non ho mai avuto contatto con una persona fisica per l’accoglienza, si poteva comunicare solo tramite WhatsApp, però la risposta la si aveva dopo un paio di giorni.

  We are extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this property.

  The Wi-Fi does not work at all, and there is absolutely no phone signal in the apartment. The circuit breakers constantly trip, which means we are repeatedly left without electricity or air conditioning. Every time we return to the apartment, it is unbearably hot and uncomfortable. There is also nowhere comfortable to sit. There is no proper chair or sofa—only two cheap plastic bar stools, which is completely unacceptable for an apartment at this price. On top of everything, there is an enormous amount of noise every morning around 7:00 a.m. because of the garbage collection. The sound of bottles being smashed and thrown around is extremely loud and makes it impossible to sleep. Honestly, this has been one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The apartment is nowhere near worth the amount of money we paid for it. Considering the price, the lack of basic amenities, constant electrical problems, unbearable heat, terrible noise, and complete lack of comfort are simply unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this property.
