    Bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner… service en option

    Bonne location, bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner et personnel agréable.

    Réservation effectuée plusieurs mois à l’avance pour deux nuits. Le vendredi, plusieurs relances pour le règlement de l’acompte via un lien externe (procédure très inhabituelle). Le samedi matin, on nous informe qu’il n’y aura pas d’eau chaude le dimanche et que nous pouvons annuler, avec la promesse d’un geste commercial si nous maintenons la réservation. Compte tenu du délai, nous décidons malgré tout de maintenir notre séjour. Au final, aucun geste commercial et un propriétaire/manager qui nous a soigneusement ignorés pendant deux jours, au point de nous donner le sentiment de déranger. Au vu du tarif, nous attendions simplement un minimum de considération et de professionnalisme. L’eau chaude était en option, visiblement le sens du service aussi.

    Fabulous, friendly and foodie

    The staff were fantastic, especially the woman who served us breakfast. The food is delicious and inventive.

    It was slightly noisy being above the kitchen at night but only until 11pm.
