    Nice hotel, charming location. No real staff commitment, and terrible breakfast.

    The room and view were stunning. The set up with regarding staff definitely needs attention. A very young girl was in attendance, and it didn't give a great impression.

    Staff attitude. Sullen and non-communicative. Asked to use the toilet before we left and she said no. I was a bit shocked, so insisted. Sullen response. Not what I would expect from a hotel in Chania, and I've stayed on a lot of hotels there, including this one 15 years ago. Get someone more experienced to look after your property if you can't be bothered to be there yourselves. The breakfast look impressive on first sight, but turned out to be quite awful. All processed foods, and weak watery coffee. Presumably you can't offer cooked food. I would suggest just some fresh bread or pastries, and some decent coffee would be better than the current offering, most of which was inedible.

    Our favorite hotel during our time in Crete! The view from room 3 is incredible. Veronika and all the staff are wonderful. The breakfasts were charming. We will be back! ❤️
