Veldig fin ute plass.

Charming property but not up to standards
location excellent and property was cleaned well when we arrived. the place is charming, you are in the atmosphere of the old pisa town. flat is spacious, although space is not utilised to its full potential. Terrace is lovely at night (when you can bear the heat)
we were told there would be plenty of fans (in the abscence of air con) but there was only one. it was not possible to be comfortable in such a heat with only one fan that we had to move about. ON second day, texted agency with a few questions, for example the shower was not draining. Did not reply at all until a week later, on the day we were moving. We had to unblock the shower ourselves. Appliances are very old , fridge and oven (we could not get the oven to work. Some appliances had to wrong plug for sockets (microwave/kettle), had to find adaptors ourselves. those could have been resolved with communication. Musquitos were everywhere. Overall it is a charming property but not up to the standards it should be for the price as well.

Fantastic, the flat is gorgeous, a must for a couple... BUT, NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.
The apartment is a dream for two people wanting to be in the heart of Pisa. A 10 out of 10 in this scenario. It is very near all the landmarks and quite calm. The terrace is perfect to chill in the evening. Internet works very well and the instructions of what to do in the apartment are clear. The shower has very hot water with a lot of pressure.
The place is NOT family friendly and perhaps simply should not allow families/kids. While the kitchen is there, it is not very well equipped or distributed: there is no counter space because there is a, very useful, microwave which does not appear in the photos. The hot water in the kitchen 'does not work'. This comment was already made by another family. Yes, there's some lukewarm water coming out at times, but not really. There's no cutting knife. The oven, which we tried to use during our last night and around which the whole dinner was planned, was unusable because it made the electricity of the whole apartment go off. All this said, if you are not into cooking, it is perfect for coffees and heating things up in the microwave. We had to move two sofas, from their current position across a long room to along the windows. When putting them back to their original place the night before leaving, and before the 23:00 hours slicence time, and in the same room where 3 babies were sleeping and didn't wake up because of this 15 seconds moving, we were told off by the owner and made aware that "furniture should/could not be moved from its original position" (What kind of request/demand is this on a rental apartment???). We have a pram, that we left in the close at the entry. We were told we couldn't leave it there, fair enough I suppose. However, we wer told to bring it to the apartment, which was a curious ask, given that to get to it a metal gate has to be opened, which presses against the entry step and the opening is only partial, and it's completely impossible to make anything bulky pass through.
