la struttura è dotata di un giardino ben curato ed attrezzato ad utilizzo esclusivo. Le stanze (camera, soggiorno, angolo cucina e bagno) sono dimensionate bene e quindi in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei 2 ospiti. Il proprietario è persona gentile e estremamente disponibile
il giardino, la dimensione delle stanze, l'ubicazione in prossimità (50 m.) di una piccola caletta dove fare il bagno, la cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario

Excellent apartment, with excellent value for money. Perfectly equipped and on a perfect location (on the secluded - almost private rocky beach). Augusta is not a very touristic place but excellent to explore the east coast of Sicily because it is in the middle of the east coast (in max 1 hour driving you can reach all important touristic places on the east coast). The owner is very friendly. Also very safe in a closed neighborhood (community). Also you have private parking (a car is necessary if you need to explore Sicily) . We travel quite a lot (5 to 10 times per year for summer/winter vacation, city breaks etc) and this is one of the best accomodations in which stayed.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohngebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Direkt unterhalb vom Haus befindet sich ein Zugang zu schönen Badeplätzen zwischen den Felsen mit Blick auf den Ätna. Die Unterkunft verfügt außerdem über einen Garten zur privaten Nutzung - mit Dusche und ebenfalls Blick auf den Ätna. Parken ist direkt auf dem privaten Grundstück möglich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern, zweckmäßig und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht, ist jederzeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen ansprechbar und kann Tipps zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geben, die in der Nähe vorhanden sind. Sowohl der Check-in als auch Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Siziliens Südwesten absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr netter Eigentümer, schöner kleiner Garten zur Privatnutzung mit Blick auf den Ätna. Parkplatz am Haus. Grosszügige Räume. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto. Badestelle 150m zu Fuß, sehr schön zur abendlichen Abkühlung.
