We had to leave, it was THAT bad.

There’s a great family beach right across the road. Also there is the ferry landing to Locarno.

THE ROAD IS SO LOUD ! The apartment is between loud train tracks and super loud road that stayed loud all night long. Even with the windows closed and earplugs in, we did not sleep. Also it wasn’t easy to find and not close to any amenities like restaurants and groceries.
