    Butas tvarkingas, yra pakankamai virtuvės įrenginių (kavos aparatas, virdulys, skrudintuvas, šaldytuvas, kaitlentė), užteko stalo įrankių, lėkščių. Butas šiek tiek nutolęs nuo centro, bet tai man buvo privalumas, nes buvo toliau nuo centro triukšmo.

    Susidūrėme su sunkumais įjungiant kaitlentę: vieną dieną gerai įsijungė, kitą dieną jau turėjom sunkumų, paskui ir vėl gerai įsijungė. Trūko bute taurių - buvo tik viena taurė. Aprašyme reklamuojamu kiemeliu nebuvo įmanoma pasinaudoti, nes jo grindys nuolat buvo drėgnos (gal dėl kondicionierių kondencato), jis yra daugiaaukščio namo vidiniame kieme, kuriame trūko gaivos. Trūko vietos rankšluosčių pakabinimui-džiovinimui (kiemelyje tvankuma ir drėgmė, namie džiaustėm rankšluosčius ant kėdžių).
