No help of the owner, the apartment looks better on photos.
We came to an apartment at 19.00. evening. We called many times the owner by phone and we left messages. No one respond. The apartment was hot, because the weather in Ravena was very hot (6.sept.26. ) The main air conditioner didn't work. There was also one small a/c near open window, but also didn’t work. We called again, but no answer. Finaly, we left apartment and luckily find another apartment in the center of Ravenna with reception and very friendly communication. After in the evening we informed the owner, we left the apartment and we made the complaint, the Francesco started to respond. He promised 50% reimbursement ...but it didn't happen. The Ravena is very beautiful I recommend to visit. Instead of one night we spent two nights in another apartment.

Nie widzieliśmy się z gospodarzami, ale odbiór kluczy i przekazanie wszystkich informacji przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Miłą niespodzianką było powitalne wino, dziękujemy :) Apartament uroczy, doskonały także na dłuższy pobyt. Na pewno wrócimy :) Polecamy podróżującym samochodem - lokal w centrum, ale poza strefą ZTL, w pobliżu bardzo dobry parking publiczny w doskonałej cenie. Są także parkingi - garaże, ale koszt znacznie wyższy i opinie różne. Rawenna - jak zawsze, boska! :)
