Tutto a posto, tranne i rapporti umani
Struttura pulita e ben attrezzata — doccia, bagno, cucina, diverse opzioni per la colazione. Dal punto di vista pratico non mancava niente.
Avevamo scelto il posto proprio perché famoso per gli avvistamenti degli orsi nella foresta vicina, nonché vicino al luogo da cui partono le escursioni per avvistarli, escursioni che finiscono alle 22:30. Per tale motivo abbiamo chiesto un check-in intorno alle 23, cosa più che ragionevole. In risposta abbiamo avuto un tentativo di contrattazione sull’orario di checkout: praticamente la proprietaria ci chiedeva di andare via con due ore dí anticipo come “compensazione” per l’arrivo in serata — una logica un po’ contorta. “Accordo” mai accettato da noi. la mattina seguente si presentano in tre alle 10 e mentre scendevamo le abbiamo sentite lamentarsi perché non eravamo già partiti alle 9. Usciti, le salutiamo — nessuna risposta, nemmeno uno sguardo. Peccato, perché la struttura in sé non meritava questa esperienza.
