    We loved the apartment. Ugo and Gabrielle met us on arrival and were so friendly and helpful with everything and some great recommendations. We had everything we needed for a comfortable,fun stay. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone.

    Nothing not to like. Maybe a little noisy over the weekend but we were supplied with complimentary earplugs so no complaints. Ugo has thought of everything

    Funky apartment in handy location

    Gorgeous apartment with superb comfortable beds. Lovely host who welcomed us with information about Florence and yummy biscotti. A short walk to the market and the Duomo as well as shops and restaurants.

    The apartment is on a busy street and so the provided ear plugs were needed by some of us.

    Overall, very lovely and comfortable.

    The bed/linens/pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely. Great location and the host was lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here.

    The shower didn’t really work so was hard to shower and the pressure was terrible. The aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off at night, but we did have a fan which was great.
