Faltaba un poco de mantenimiento en el exterior de la parcela

Lovely location
Super helpful and very friendly host, lots of space, and a large pool, which we couldn't get our children out of. Peaceful location with such welcoming (Irish) neighbour from across the road. It had so much potential to be an outstanding property, as it was Lovely pretty house. The bedrooms and living room looked to be recently painted so very inviting. For the area it was very well priced.
We unfortunately had cockroaches on a few evenings scuttling across the kitchen worktops and in the cupboard under the sink. Reported to the host who informed us they had booked pest control. We found the kitchen to be on the tired side (arrived home from an evening meal to the front of the oven door on the floor) which again the host said this will be sorted. The garden was a bit neglected, with some simple tidying of paths and borders- general maintenance it could be absolutely fantastic.

Falta de mantenimiento. Una pena porque la casa tiene potencial…
El interior de la casa en general es agradable.
La estancia nos ha decepcionado por la falta de mantenimiento y cuidado en muchos detalles. • Zona exterior y jardín bastante descuidados. • Alrededor de la piscina estaba sucio: hamacas con pisadas y algún excremento de pájaro y de 4, una estaba rota. • Habían dos sombrillas rotas e inservibles y hay muy poca sombra en la zona de piscina. • Horno no funcionaba, aunque nos avisaron el mismo día y el lavavajillas no conseguimos encenderlo o no funcionaba tampoco. • Menaje bastante deteriorado y faltaba incluso líquido para poder lavar a mano. • Varias telarañas y pelos en mobiliario, en el interior, dando la sensación de una limpieza bastante rápida. • Check-in muy frío y sin apenas explicaciones. • El bombín del garaje estaba roto y tuvimos que darnos cuenta nosotros mismos; se solucionó posteriormente. Lo que más nos ha decepcionado es que, después de comunicar todas estas incidencias durante nuestra estancia, no se nos ofreció ningún tipo de compensación. Por el precio pagado, esperábamos bastante más cuidado y mantenimiento. Son pequeños detalles que, juntos, hacen que la relación calidad-precio no nos haya parecido adecuada.

El jardín muy descuidado, la ducha tiene la puerta rota y se sale toda el agua.
