    Die Summe der Gründe führte dazu, dass wir unseren Kurzurlaub 2 Tage früher abgebrochen haben.

    Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadt Umag und zum Meer war sehr gut. Das Haus selbst war angenehm sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Basics vorhanden. Sehr angenehme Parksituation direkt vor dem Haus sowie auf dem Grundstück. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein.

    Die Lage des Objekts direkt an einer kleinen, ab dem frühen Morgen viel befahrenen Straße (Laster, Baufahrzeuge, Kleinbusse mit Anhänger) beendeten täglich den Nachtschlaf im Elternschlafzimmer um 7.00 Uhr. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer wären gut gewesen. Da es leider keinen persönlichen Kontakt bei Anreise gab, entstanden einige Probleme: Fernseher ohne Funktion, kein Internet/Wlan, Es lagen 4 Fernbedienungen im Wohnzimmer, ohne nachvollziehbare Funktion und ohne Erklärung. Ab dem 2. Ferientag kein Warmwasser mehr zum Duschen. Erschwertes Duschen in einer Wanne ohne Duschwand/ Duschvorhang. Im Expose wurde nicht erwähnt, dass der an das Grundstück direkt anschließende Kinderspielplatz öffentlich ist und bis 22.00 Uhr gut frequentiert wird.

    Soukromí na zahradě, ktera je směrem do ulice oplocená. Děti ocenily čistý bazén. Klimatizace v obývacím pokoji. Posezení venku jsme využili na snídaně i večeře.
