It didn't deserve 9/10 rating at all, it's 7 max

It was quite clean but floors were not very clean. Host instructions for self checkin was cery clear. Apartment size was great.

Bed was not comfortable at all and pillows were horrible. The apartment is not sound proof at all so I almost wake up everyday because of outside noise.

    Superb

the apartment was spacious, clean and a suitable place to spend a few days of vacation in Rome. the location was ok and the person who was in contact was ready to help us

I did not understand why I had to pay an additional 75 euros for the cleaning tax when it was not included in the price and was not included in the information during the reservation of the apartment.
