    The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. We were able to cook and eat on the terrace.

    It was beautiful. The location was perfect, right in the city center, but calm and quiet. The apartment was very nice and clean. Also, the host was really kind and helpful.

    A perfect comfortable location

    Great location, walking distances to shops, piazzas, grocery store, city center, bars and beach. The home was spacious with very generous bedrooms and bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare simple meals with some basic condiments provided. The outdoor area was gorgeous to be in (but don't forget to bring mosquito repellent!). The bathroom also had toiletries provided. Unfortunately as there were water restrictions in Pescara, the water pressure wasn't the best, but this could not be helped. Mario the owner was lovely, greeting us at the door, providing us additional info when we needed it. A beautiful welcome food hamper was also provided which was just lovely! Highly recommended!

    Pescara to us is a good town.

    For us we have been to Pescara many times over the years, we like this area. Close to the beach, close to town, close to the supermarket, close to the shops for shopping.

    Very enjoyable. Pleasant, friendly host. Excellent central location.

    Location was between train station and beach. Host left wine and cookies, which was a nice touch. Residence is close to several good restaurants.

    Neighbors upstairs moving furniture in early hours of the morning.
